If I have lost my key and deleted the email how do i get the website to resend my key?

I'm not a prude, but I'm an educator who needs to be careful about profanity and appropriate content for my students. Although I want to use this site with my students for some really cool activities, I can't use it because of titles like "A really nice ***" --- even though it shows a picture of a donkey (*******), the double meaning is obviously profane, and would send my middle school students into giggles and snorts. If I used this, I would end up in the principal's office with complaints from parents. Please consider cleaning up the character titles. Thanks for listening!

I have redownloaded the latest version of adobe flash (10.0.12) and am still unable to access your site.

I subscribe and use this site regularly but currently I cannot access it. It says I need adobe flash 09.0.28 but in fact I have 10.0.12. I have redownloaded/upgraded subsequently but I am receiving the same message. Any suggestions?

talking cards website is not working they need to fix it!!

I love this site and I've sent several cards already. But I can't seem to get the 1-888 number to get your card to sing to work from Canada. All I get is a busy signal over and over, everytime. Is there another phone number Canadian's can use?

Hi there, I love this site, but am I going crazy or are there only additional MALE voices ? I cant find any option for alternative female voices, I dont want to send male voices ! Am I doing something wrong when I try and change an original voice?

I am disappointed that there are commercials -- even after I paid the fee. My children want to use this site, so it offends me that there are adds for asian mail order brides when we log on to use it. So while we think the talking cards are great, the advertisements are not appropriate for young people. We would not have joined if we knew the commercials were visible while making the cards.

will subscribers be able to upload their own photos or could you provide cards with photo images vs. characters?

i see many different types of character and wonder why you havent included a soldiers. i have used this method to communicate with my wife and family and althought the charactors are amazing today i wondered why not a soldier, Airmen, army, navy any character like that would be nice.

This is a really awsome website! I would like it if you could have multiple people talking at once though. My company was needing several characters to talk, not at once, but at different times. If you ever have this set up please let me know. Thanks so much for all your help!

I absolutely love your site. WELL worth the money for a LIFETIME of use. I've been having so much fun with it! The last card, though, had background music I didn't want. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. Please let me know how to have NO background music. Thanks. Great product!!!!

when a card is open why is the writing not attach with it, so the other person can read what has been written from the sender as well as listening from the one that is speaking ?
