I absolutely love your site. WELL worth the money for a LIFETIME of use. I've been having so much fun with it! The last card, though, had background music I didn't want. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. Please let me know how to have NO background music. Thanks. Great product!!!!

when a card is open why is the writing not attach with it, so the other person can read what has been written from the sender as well as listening from the one that is speaking ?

Becoming more familiar with your site now. My 101 self teach ( trial and error ) is making most things work. Recipients have given you a 10 for your cards and my humor. Hopefully, you will be adding more "real" characters to the choices. One of the other members suggested being able to add your own photos, but I know that creates some major work and additional costs. So for now 16.95 ain't bad, not bad at all. Not all of my talkcards are being received; you suggested receivers to check their bulk or spam folder, any other ideas ? I 'm using my well known email provider. Thanks, and have a great day !

Thank you for your feedback. Are the emails not being received, or once received, the recipients are having difficulties opening them? Since you are using your own mail progrma, all of the emails you send should go through. If the recipients are having trouble viewing the cards, please make sure they have Flash® 9.0.28.0 or higher installed.

After reading the comments of others, it appears this site is not ready for market. Yes I tried the testing version and it seemed to do well enough for me to spend the 16$ . BUT, like many of your other paid subscribers, the activation key is the first problem. I paid, but no key. I emailed paid receipt to support and will wait and zzzzzzz. Nap time. Second problem, support phone number, bad sign when you can't talk to"Don". Third problem, it appears "Don" has several dissatisfied people, no refund policy is a no no. Dongo should be named Dongone. Elizabeth, you are handling your job as well as you can. I know you appreciate the good comments you have received. I'm asking "DON" to give you support as well as his customers.. HAVE A NICE DAY, AS FOR ME,ZZZZZ

I love your talking cards. It is such a great idea. I send a different kind of card to my grandson everyday, he lives in another state and it keeps us close. I have a suggestion, on some other sites they give you the choice of the date you want to send the card,that way I can sit down and do a couple of days in advance. I do have a questions, one of my grandsons name is Colin, but I cannot figure out how to spell it so the voice says it right, can you help me. Thanks again from a Grandma who loves new ways to stay in touch with her grandkids

Hello, Thank you for your comment. Because you email the link yourself, we can not offer the scheduling of the sends. I am sorry. I have forwarded your suggestions to the programmers. Try to phonetically spell Colin, maybe use Kawlen. It also depends on the voice you choose.

The idea is to pay a one time payment of £8, that entitles you to a lifetime membership and you can send as many cards as you like. Would you expect to walk into a store, pick up a free card and then for the post office to deliver it.... all for nothing? You're all skanky gits, wanting something for nothing. Well, welcome to the 'real' world. I think it's a good value product and an excellent laugh... well worth £8!

I have tried to send a talking card for two days and it is not happening. Do I have to pay to send a card? It say free. I tried to send a free talking card and nothing happen. There is no where to even put the persons e-mail address. Is there something that I am doing wrong. Please let me know. Do I have pay to send a talking because it say also free talking cards to send. Hello, When you click send, a pickup link is generated. By emailing the pickup link yourself, there is much less room for error, and a greater chance of delivery success. It also gives you the choice of what to say, how to say it, how many people it is sent to, and/or the ability to request a read-receipt. We understand that our do-it-yourself card sending process is an extra step for you to take. The reason we don't provide card sending email services is because of spam related filtering issues. "Email" in general, is not a very reliable means of communication these days. Email sent by our servers on your behalf is even less reliable. Spam filters are known to place messages emailed on your behalf into spam and bulk folders, leaving you with only the "hope" that your card made it to the intended recipient. Our do-it-yourself method also gives you the ability to send a single card out to a large mailing list for Christmas or another holiday.

I have used your site one time and am very disappointed, no one could play the card from their email. the cards seem to be for children or younger people. i have emailed your company 2 times and had to leave a voive mail on the phone for your company. What a way to do business !!!!!!! Please refund my money and i will be very happy !!!!
